Shipping Policy
Turnaround time does not include shipping time, please account for this when placing an order.
The turnaround time starts from the following working day after the order has been placed.
All posted items are shipped Royal Mail Second Class Signed For ® unless stated otherwise.
Once your order is shipped, we will text or email you so you can track your order to your door, if you have a question about your order email lotbuk@hotmail.com and we will get back to you ASAP.
Refund and Return Policy
If the item is damaged in transit we will offer a full refund or replacement.
Photographic evidence must be provided, this must include the label, outer packaging and contents, please note all three are a requirement for a full refund.
For custom made items, we can not guarantee refunds if you have made an error or misread the product description
Pick Up Policy
Please wait for email notification before collecting order.
Available on selected Market Days Only.
Ensure you bring order reference number on collection.
